The AIMS Meeting Gala Dinner is the grand finale of the conference — the moment where science gives way to celebration. Taking place right after the Closing Ceremony, this special night brings together participants, the Organising Committee, and the Task Force for an unforgettable evening of networking, music, and shared memories.

Access Conditions


Please note that access to the Gala Dinner is not included in the AIMS Meeting ticket.
Participation requires separate registration and an additional fee of €25 for congress participants and €30 for external attendees.
Registration Process
Due to the limited number of available seats, attendance will be determined through a draw system.
Participants who are not selected in the initial draw will be placed on a waiting list and may be contacted after the 24th of March to fill any spots that become available due to cancellations or unpaid reservations.
01. Registration Period (16th – 20th of March)
During this period, participants may submit their application to attend the Gala Dinner through the official AIMS Meeting platform. Registration does not guarantee immediate access, as the number of available seats is limited.
Participants holding a Full Ticket will be given priority in the allocation of places during the selection process.
02. Selection Draw (21st of March)
All valid registrations will be included in a random selection draw to ensure a fair and transparent allocation of available places. Selected participants will be notified by email.
03. Payment period – for selected participants (22nd – 24th of March)
Participants selected in the draw must complete the payment of the Gala Dinner fee within this timeframe to confirm their reservation. Failure to complete payment during this period will result in the automatic loss of the assigned spot.
