General Coordination
“The best way to predict the future is to create it.” – Peter Drucker

The General Coordination plays a central role in ensuring the seamless organisation and integration of all departments, fostering a cohesive and forward-looking approach to the congress planning process. Entrusted with the oversight of task allocation within the Organising Committee, the General Coordinators ensure that deadlines are met and objectives are achieved efficiently. Their responsibilities extend beyond internal management, encompassing the external representation of the project and inspiring and guiding the team. Additionally, they hold a crucial role in defining and supervising the congress’s budget, ensuring its meticulous execution.
